The Story Behind the Name
‘Hephzibah’ means ‘My delight is in her’ (Isaiah 62:4). This name reflects God’s delight in His children and His plan for families to be a source of love, strength, and purpose. At Hephzibah’s Manor, we see each individual and family as part of this divine delight and seek to help them thrive in God’s purpose.
You shall no more be termed Forsaken; neither shall your land any more be termed Desolate: but you shall be called Hephzibah, and your land Beulah: for the LORD delighteth in thee, and thy land shall be married.
